What is it?

We are offering Code-Level Supports to our customers and members in the following aspects:

  • Code reviews on your project including debugging.

  • Integrate software packages, libraries and APIs from Roboworks or third party.

  • Provide consultation on your project software structure.

  • Troubleshoot your project software via email or Zoom.

  • Create technical documentations related to the Code-Level Support.

How much?

Code-Level Support is an hourly-based service. The hourly rate is USD 50.

How to apply?

Code-Level Support saves you time and money to achieve your project goals. How to apply? Simply follow the below 3 steps:

  1. Email your requirements to hi@roboworks.co

  2. We provide an estimate on the hours via email.

  3. Click the Purchase button. Select the estimated hours and check out.

Terms and conditions

  1. Intellectual property rights:

    1. The Client (the purchaser) holds all intellectual property rights in the Software including, but not limited to, copyright and trademark rights. The Service Provider (Roboworks) agrees not to claim any such ownership in the Software’s intellectual property at any time prior to or after the completion of the Code-Level Support service.

    2. The owners of the third party software libraries and APIs retain the associated intellectual property rights.

  2. Change requests: The Client (the purchaser) may request that reasonable changes be made to the requirements or the tasks associated with the requirements. The change request should be emailed to hi@roboworks.co . In the event that the proposed change will, in the sole discretion of the Service Provider (Roboworks), require an extended duration of the service, then the Client (the purchaser) shall purchase additional Code-Level Support hours.

  3. Confidentiality: The Service Provider (Roboworks) shall not disclose to any third party the business of the Client (the purchaser) including but not limited to the Software, the requirements, the specifications or the personal contact information.

  4. Applicable law: This Agreement and any action related thereto will be governed, controlled, interpreted, and defined by and under the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
